SHIPPING & RETURNS

We hope you love your purchase!  However, we understand that not everything works out and we want you to be completely satisfied. 

 

We accept returns on unwashed, unworn and unused clothing with original tags still attached within 15 days of purchase for immediate store credit. We accept returns online or in-store at our OBX location. For online returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping on these items.

Once we've received your items and the return is approved, we will supply you with credit to be used toward future purchases. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.  We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Thank you for our little local hearts for shopping small. We hope you understand you are supporting working moms with dreams who would struggle to manage the books if there were inventory and sales floating in the world for 30 days or more that did not know were coming back to us. Especially as trends pass and items become quickly obsolete. Allowing purchases made with us, to stay with us, allows us to know our totals and make decisions that benefit the expansion of the store.
